The project managers work directly with clients on a daily basis and organize a team of programmers to meet the requirements of the clients' projects.

We work with clients all over the country, so most of the client contact will be via email and phone. Some projects are for new development work and other projects involve making modifications to existing applications or websites.

Preferred but not required:

	5-years experience in the computer/software industry with at least some of that time serving as a project manager.
	Some programming experience
	Some experience working with software developers
	PMP certification
	Bachelors Degree from accredited college or university

The DBA works with the programming team to design and optimize the application databases.

Preferred but not required:

	Industry DBA certification
	3-5 years DBA experience
	Some programming experience
	Bachelors Degree from accredited college or university

Customer Service Reps assist customers who call with issues regarding online applications or websites, assist in processing e-commerce orders for client sites, and assist with online marketing efforts.

Preferred but not required:

	Great People Skills
	Past customer service experience
	Good Computer Skills
	Bachelors Degree from accredited college or university

Sales Representatives for the SupplyBridge eCommerce Portal Software are structured as a base+commission sales position. Most contacts are telephone sales / WebEx demos. Some limited travel is required within the continental United States.

Preferred but not required:

	3-5 years sales experience
	Sales Experience in the Technology Industry
	Bachelors Degree from accredited college or university

Internships are available for many positions, both full and part-time. Students currently pursuing technical degrees should inquire about the intern program. Some Scholarship opportunities may be available for qualified students.
